Bibi refuses to sleep and hides from Uncle Phong to harvest fruit!

It was a warm evening in the countryside, and little Bibi the monkey was supposed to be fast asleep. Uncle Phong, the kind old farmer who looked after her, had already tucked her into her cozy little hammock and read her favorite bedtime story. But Bibi had other plans.

As soon as Uncle Phong turned off the light and stepped outside to finish his chores, Bibi quietly tiptoed out of bed. Her eyes sparkled with mischief as she peered out the window at the glowing moon. “It’s the perfect night to pick fruit!” she whispered.

The orchard behind Uncle Phong’s house was full of ripe mangoes, bananas, and jackfruit. Bibi had been dreaming about them all day. She couldn’t resist the temptation. So, she crept through the back door and disappeared into the trees.

Hiding behind a thick banana plant, she giggled as she filled her tiny basket with fruit. But just as she reached for the biggest mango at the top of the tree, she heard a voice.

“Bibi! Where are you?” It was Uncle Phong!

Bibi froze. She held her breath and tried to hide behind a pile of leaves, but her fluffy tail stuck out.

Uncle Phong spotted her and shook his head with a gentle smile. “You little rascal,” he said, scooping her up. “Fruit can wait. Sleep cannot!”

Bibi yawned, her eyes growing heavy. Her adventure had worn her out. Uncle Phong carried her back inside and tucked her into bed once more, this time with a juicy banana as a treat.

She snuggled into her blanket, fruit basket beside her, and finally drifted off to sleep, dreaming of her next sneaky adventure.
