Lala feels bored at home so Thuy takes her to the park to relax!

It was a quiet afternoon, and Lala sat by the window, resting her cheek on her tiny hand. The house was calm, but she didn’t feel happy. Her toys were scattered around, but none seemed fun anymore. She sighed and looked out at the sky. “I’m bored…” she mumbled softly.

Thuy, noticing Lala’s gloomy expression, walked over and gently asked, “What’s wrong, little one?” Lala looked up and replied with a frown, “There’s nothing to do…”

Thuy smiled warmly. “Well then, let’s do something different! How about we go to the park?”

Lala’s eyes lit up. “Really?!”

Within minutes, Lala had her hat on, and they were off. The moment they arrived at the park, Lala’s boredom vanished. The sound of birds, the breeze through the trees, and the distant giggles of children filled her with excitement.

She ran to the swings and let Thuy push her higher and higher. Her laughter rang out like music. Then, they walked around the pond where Lala watched ducks paddle by, throwing bits of bread with glee.

They even sat under a big shady tree where Thuy unpacked a small snack — juicy watermelon slices and cool water. Lala munched happily and pointed at the clouds, making up silly shapes and stories.

As the sun began to set, Lala rested her head on Thuy’s lap, yawning softly.

“Thank you for bringing me here,” she whispered.

Thuy stroked her hair. “Anytime, sweetheart. A little fresh air can make the heart smile.”

That day, boredom turned into laughter, and the simple joy of being outside reminded Lala that happiness can be found in the smallest adventures — especially with someone who loves you. 🌳💖
