Lala has a habit of choosing healthy vegetables for main meals!

Lala, the clever and curious little monkey, has developed a very special habit that makes everyone around her smile — she always chooses healthy vegetables for her main meals! While most young animals might reach for sweet fruits or snacks first, Lala’s paws go straight to the colorful bowls of fresh greens every time.

Every morning, Thuy carefully prepares a variety of vegetables on the table: crunchy carrots, leafy spinach, sweet corn, cucumbers, and slices of red bell pepper. And without fail, Lala excitedly hops over, inspecting each one before picking her favorites.

She especially loves broccoli trees, which she playfully nibbles like a giant munching on a tiny forest. Her love for vegetables didn’t happen overnight — it all began when she had a tummy ache once after eating too many bananas. Since then, Thuy gently guided her towards a more balanced diet, showing her the fun and benefits of eating a rainbow of vegetables.

Now, it’s a routine. At lunchtime, Lala even helps wash the veggies. She scrubs carrots and picks spinach leaves with such care, feeling proud to be part of preparing her own meal. When guests come over and see Lala crunching happily on a piece of cucumber, they’re always amazed.

“Lala eats better than some humans!” Thuy laughs lovingly.

What’s more inspiring is how Lala encourages others to eat well too. Chip and Xuka, her little monkey friends, have also started to enjoy vegetables — just by watching Lala’s enthusiasm.

Lala proves that healthy habits can start young and that with love, patience, and a little creativity, even the simplest meal of vegetables can bring joy, health, and a very full, happy belly!
