Bibi has a high fever making Uncle Phong worried!
It was a quiet morning when Uncle Phong noticed something unusual—Bibi, the normally playful and energetic monkey, was curled up in a corner, barely moving. His eyes looked tired, and his tiny body was trembling. When Uncle Phong gently placed his hand on Bibi’s forehead, he immediately felt the heat. Bibi had a high fever.
Uncle Phong’s heart tightened with worry. He picked Bibi up carefully, wrapped him in a soft towel, and rushed to prepare a cool compress to bring the fever down. “Hang in there, little one,” he whispered, trying to stay calm.
Bibi whimpered softly, resting his head on Uncle Phong’s chest. He refused food and water, something he had never done before. Uncle Phong checked his temperature again—it was still high. He didn’t hesitate and called the vet immediately, explaining every detail.
While waiting for help to arrive, Uncle Phong did everything he could: wiping Bibi’s body gently, speaking to him softly, and holding his hand to offer comfort. Even though Bibi was weak, he looked up at Uncle Phong with trust in his eyes.
When the vet came and examined Bibi, she gave him medicine and instructions for care. Uncle Phong listened carefully, determined to help Bibi recover. All night, he stayed by Bibi’s side, keeping watch, giving fluids, and whispering words of love and encouragement.
By morning, the fever finally started to go down. Bibi moved a little more and even let out a tiny, tired smile.
Uncle Phong let out a deep sigh of relief, gently stroking Bibi’s head. “You’re so strong, Bibi. I’m so proud of you.”
That day reminded Uncle Phong just how deep his bond with Bibi had grown—built on care, love, and unwavering loyalty.
